Flexible and Transparent Policies
We understand plans may change, and we are flexible enough to keep you comfortable.
Cancellation Policy:
- 120+ Days in Advance: Cancellations made more than 120 days before the conference will incur an administrative charge of $200.
- Less Than 100 Days: There would be no refund for cancellations less than 100 days before the event. You can, however, transfer your registration to a future event or be able to apply for a credit shell.
- Refunds would be processed 60 days after notice of cancellation.
Natural Disasters & Unforeseen Events
If an event is rescheduled, postponed, or canceled due to circumstances beyond control—such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, terrorism, or conflicts—the organizer cannot be held liable for any resulting losses or damages.
In unforeseen events or emergencies, the organizers reserve the right to delay or cancel the conference. While reimbursement requests cannot be accommodated in such situations, participants and attendees can transfer their registration fees and accommodation costs to future or affiliated events.
The organizer is not responsible for any physical injuries, property damage, or losses incurred by attendees during or after the event.
