Adegbe Ohiemi Emmanuel (PhD) is a public health specialist and evaluation expert with over 17 years of experience spanning government, NGOs, and international donor-funded programs. His work focuses on health systems strengthening, portfolio evaluation, and data-driven decision-making. He has led multi-country and multi-sector evaluations for USAID, FCDO, Gates Foundation, and others, with a strong emphasis on evidence use, equity, and accountability. His current interest lies in applying innovative tools, such as dashboards and real-time data systems, to advance maternal health outcomes and reduce mortality through targeted and equitable action
