Biography
Céline Lemay was a practicing midwife for more than 35 yrs in Québec (Canada). She was actively engaged for legalization of the profession in the public health system (1999). She has a Master in Anthropology and a PhD in Applied Human Sciences (Université de Montréal). Senior lecturer in Bac en pratique sage-femme at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. Author of some articles, book chapters and two books. She has 3 children and 4 grand children.
