Dr. Mayers-Pagan is an advanced public health practitioner committed to improving outcomes in communities disproportionately affected by health disparities. She serves as University Assistant Director of Student Wellness Services at Fairleigh Dickinson University, leading healthcare policy development, programs, and operations to promote campus well-being. Her previous roles include leadership and public health positions at Newark Community Health Centers, NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, and the CDC. Passionate about advancing equitable care for young adults, she promotes health equity through teaching and mentorship. She holds multiple degrees including a Doctor of Health Sciences degree and an MPH degree.
